The night before your photo shoot should include a decent slumber. You do not want to look groggy or puffy for your pics, and a good night’s sleep will have you bright-eyed for the big day. Not to mention, after a solid sleep, you will feel more relaxed and at ease for the session, which will come through in the resulting photos. All the coffee in the world can’t compete with 8 hours of bedtime bliss.
