Headshot Tip of the Week 1- DRINK UP

Staying well-hydrated is important all the time, and when you are prepping for a photo shoot, getting plenty of water is a game-changer. If you are dehydrated, your skin will look dull and dry and expose fine lines and wrinkles more readily. Avoid alcohol and too much caffeine ahead of the shoot to optimize your hydration. 8 glasses of water per day the week leading up to your session should be sufficient.
